Join Second Generation Master Pilates Instructor Alyson Limehouse during your lunch break and learn this strengthening and stretching technique! Rollology stems from the Feldenkreis method and Pilates and helps properly align and support the body for optimal posture. Some of its benefits include strengthening core muscles, arms, and legs; and increasing flexibility and balance. Please bring a roller, there will also be rollers available for purchase.
