The water tank is located at 4400 Parker Avenue a busy thoroughfare a few miles south of the downtown area and near Dreher Park. The neighboring community seeks an artwork and/or design that serves as a visual enhancer, which is unique to this setting, while creating a focal point of interest for viewers. The all inclusive budget (artist fee, design, community meetings, materials, installation, etc.) will total $35,000.00.
