CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, WPBPD ANNOUNCE CITIZEN POLICE ACADEMY
The classes will be held every Monday for 13-weeks. Space is limited, so sign up today!
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (November 30, 2018) – The City of West Palm Beach and the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) are now accepting applications for the Citizen Police Academy. West Palm Beach residents hoping to learn more about law enforcement and to get involved in their City government are invited to participate in this exciting new opportunity!
 
The Citizen Police Academy will explain the specialty units inside WPBPD in great detail. Participants will have an opportunity to take part in a police ride along and tour the WPBPD dispatch center. Many Citizen Police Academy alums have expressed that they have come away from the course with a better understanding and appreciation of law enforcement.
 
The classes will be held every Monday for 13-weeks. Space is limited, so sign up today!
