The City of West Palm Beach’s Dreher Park will be getting some improvements thanks to the work of the Friends of Elders Cove, a group that will be restoring parts of the hurricane-damaged park.  The group will join City leaders in announcing their plans on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in Elder’s Cover, which is located in the north end of Dreher Park, just south of Southern Blvd.

The newly-formed “Friends of Elders’ Cove”, a community action group, organized to restore a damaged ecoart project in Dreher Park, West Palm Beach’s largest public green space.  Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful, Inc. has received a $10,000 THINK GREEN cash award to support the work.
