This month’s Art & Wine Promenade has a jam packed list of exciting events!  Enjoy over 30 streetside artist trunk shows, 3 boutique wine tasting stations and 3 live bands. Uncover your creativity and leave your mark on the new Community Mural on Spruce Street!  People of all ages are welcome to express themselves on this community work of art. ALL FREE!

Then, be sure to stop by the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for The Purple Bougan-Villa at 7:00 P.M.!  The Purple Bougan-Villa has many beautiftul antiques, collectibles and trinkits for your home. Owner, Gizella Garno gives this store front a warm and welcoming vibe, located directly across the street from Jade Kitchen at 423 Northwood Road, 561-833-5303.

The Florence de George Boys and Girls Club will host a Holiday Toy Drive and Fundraiser sponsored by This Is It Cafe at 444 24th Street during the Art & Wine Promenade. Proceeds from food purchases will be donated to the Club. You can also drop off a toy for a child in need.

At the west end of the block, 544 Northwood Road, join Tinson Associates for an antiques, art and collectibles live auction. A portion of the proceeds will help support diabetes research and education during National Diabetes Month. With all of these very special activities in one night, Northwood Village offers something for everyone.

And looking ahead, The Culture Network has teamed up with the Art & Wine Promenade for December events.  Volunteers from The Culture Network will be stationed in the Information Booth this month to promote “Art for Autism”,  a fundraising event that will be hosted by thedavidKspace during the next Art & Wine Promenade on December 18th. Tickets for “Art for Autism” are $30. Movie and TV celebrity, Steven Bauer and renowned artist Barry Gross will be at thedavidKspace for the “Art for Autism” event where Steven will showcase his musical talent and Barry will display his art. Proceeds from “Art for Autism” will be donated to the Austism Society of America and to The Center for Autism Related Disabilites at Florida Atlantic University.
