The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for all of Palm Beach County, including West Palm Beach, until Tuesday morning. The combination of a warm front moving north over the region and abundant tropical moisture over the area have resulted in conditions that are conducive to periods of locally heavy rainfall. Accumulations over isolated areas may reach 5 to 7 inches. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall could cause the potential for flooding of urban areas, highways and streets and other drainage areas and low lying spots. Remember…… TURN AROUND, DON’T DROWN!!!
