Join Mayor Lois Frankel and members from the Equestrian Community along with horses and riders who will demonstrate some of the jumps and activities performed by Olympic athletes at Holiday Horsefest. This FREE event will be held on December 12 from 1 – 5PM at the Meyer Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach.

Over $10,000 in prizes will be raffled and throughout the day there will be a drawing for the charities that have applied to participate in the 2011 Great Charity Challenge at the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival. The 2011 Great Charity Challenge is a relay style equestrian jumping competition in which 30 equestrian teams will be paired randomly with 30 charities that serve Palm Beach County, to compete for a combined $1 million. Holiday HorseFest at the Meyer will have celebrity guests on hand to do the random drawing of the charities, including West Palm Beach Mayor Lois Frankel.
