This summer, the popular Sunday on the Waterfront concert series will bring you the best music of the 60’s, 80’s and today in an interactive ‘Battle of the Decades’ competition.
This family friendly, free live event, which runs from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Meyer Amphitheatre every month, will feature three groups performing songs from a specific decade, with guests voting for their favorite. The winners from each month will compete head-to-head in an online vote to determine who will open for THE MONKEES Lead Singer MICKY DOLENZ in October.
The August concert will feature bands playing the popular hits of today. Guests are encouraged to dress in attire from each era. Prizes will be awarded to the person who best represents the specified era at each concert.
