From new landscaping and decorative street lights, to new crosswalks and pavement markings, the City of West Palm Beach this week is continuing general improvements in the downtown.
Beginning this Monday August 13th 2012 Quadrille Blvd. from 3rd Street to Datura will be receiving the “facelift.” The work involves new landscaping, new electrical services, new irrigation, new streetlights, and new asphalt and pavement markings. The work is expected to be concluded by mid December.
During that time, all pedestrian walkways will remain open. Some lane closures will occur. The only effect of the project will be for drivers who will find occasional lane blockage while the work is underway from June 13, 2012 through December 13, 2012.
Should you have any questions or comments regarding this project, please contact the West Palm Beach Engineering and Public Works Department at 561-494-1040.
