City Taps Private Sector Heavy Hitter for New Human Resources Director

(West Palm Beach, FL) – The City of West Palm Beach has a new head of the Department of Human Resources, and her background stretches from local healthcare to an $11 billion dollar global retailer.

Marta Vittini, most recently the Director of Human Resources at TBC Corporation headquartered in Juno Beach, Florida is the City’s new Director of Human Resources.  Before joining TBC, Ms. Vittini was the Director of Human Resources at Office Depot, located at their global headquarters in Boca Raton. She has also served as the Director of Human Resources for Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

“I am very excited about the addition of Marta to our management team,” said West Palm Beach Mayor Jeri Muoio. “I am proud of the very strong list of candidates we had to select from. Marta represents the very top of her field and I am looking forward to her contributions.”

Vittini is a longtime Florida resident and a graduate of the University of South Florida. In addition to a Bachelors of Arts degree, she also has earned a Masters of Arts in Psychological and Social Foundations.
