(West Palm Beach, FL) – In a never-before tried effort to encourage business investment in the city’s northwest neighborhoods, a business investment summit will be held this Wednesday evening for financial institutions, businesses, investors, realtors, developers and more.
The City of West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, the Northwest Community Consortium, Inc. and other business partners are teaming up to host the first ever “Discover Northwest” business summit.
The out-of-the-box event is designed to attract new businesses and investors. Over three hours, the public will get an overview of the NW Redevelopment Plan. The summit will also highlight opportunities for development, provide helpful information for interested businesses and feature presentations by several community business partners.
Private bankers and lenders will be attending to talk to individuals about financing new business opportunities
“The Northwest Neighborhood has such a rich history. The future development plans and numerous business opportunities available in the Northwest community make it a perfect place to start or expand a business,” said West Palm Beach Mayor Jeri Muoio.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 8, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in this historic neighborhood, located at the intersection of 3rd Street and Rosemary Avenue in downtown West Palm Beach.
