West Palm Beach Property Values Rising
April 25, 2014
(West Palm Beach, FL) – A new projection from the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser shows City of West Palm Beach property values rising 4.42% this year.
The new figures, if they hold steady would represent a significant jump over the previous year’s increase of approximately 2.5%.
“These numbers are better than was widely expected,” said West Palm Beach Mayor Jeri Muoio. “But they prove what we have been saying about the continued rebound of the city’s economic health.”
According to the property appraiser, the numbers are preliminary estimates. Further figures are expected by the end of May.
