May 29, 2014
(West Palm Beach, FL) – More good news on the value of your property in West Palm Beach.
Revised numbers from the Palm Beach County Property Appraisers Office indicate home values are up even higher than previously estimated.
According to new numbers, property values in West Palm Beach have risen 6.3% over the year before.
West Palm Beach Mayor Jeri Muoio says she is pleased to hear the news, but cautions there remain difficult budget choices ahead for the city.
Mayor Muoio repeated two of her top budget goals: 1) Not raising the millage rate, and 2) Repay money take from the city’s reserves last year to balance the previous budget.
