Welcome to the Code Compliance Division. One of the City of West Palm Beach's primary goals is to keep our neighborhoods beautiful. To maintain beautiful neighborhoods, the City has adopted codes which create minimum standards for properties within the City limits. These standards protect your neighborhood by ensuring that sub-standard conditions in housing, trash and debris collection, yards, and parking are observed. The end result is a clean, attractive community with increased property values and a reduction in crime and vandalism.
