Distressed Vacant Property Registration

The City of West Palm Beach has passed an Ordinance (No. 4410-12) requiring the registration of distressed vacant property. The intent of the registry is to allow the City to promptly and accurately communicate notice of any potential violations to a responsible individual or entity who can correct the violation.
