Learn the tools necessary to begin and sustain a meditation practice in the tradition of calm abiding will be presented: good sitting posture, how to relate to the breath, and what to do when thoughts come up, and more. Each class will begin with meditation instruction followed by group reading and discussion about a selected topic. Meditation classes are free and no registration is required.
