This mobile app can be used for a variety of other issues such as graffiti, public parks conditions, street maintenance, street light issues, damaged trees, and dirty vacant lots.
To open a case: start by taking a photo of the issue, next enter a quality-of-life condition that describes your photo, add optional contact information and submit the ticket. The reports are entered into the City’s work order system so that they can be tracked and assigned to service teams. Users can follow the status of their request, by using a unique tracking number for each case.
