Mayor Jeri Muoio was first sworn in to office on March 31, 2011, and was reelected to the position of Mayor in March, 2015. Jeri Muoio was appointed to the West Palm Beach City Commission in 2006 and was reelected in 2007 and 2009. Jeri holds a doctorate in Education Leadership from Syracuse University and worked for many years as a school district leader.

Prior to her election as commissioner, Sylvia played an active role in her neighborhood serving as secretary and as president of the Old Northwood Steering Committee, editing the Old Northwood Newsletter, and representing Old Northwood to the North End Coalition of Neighborhoods.

Paula Ryan is a business professional with over 30 years of experience in investment banking, real estate development and municipal finance.  She has been the CEO of her own real estate development company. She has been involved in the community through various charitable organizations, including Leadership Palm Beach County and The ARC.

Commissioner Keith A. James was first sworn in to office on March 31, 2011 and was reelected March, 2015. Keith A. James has resided in Palm Beach County since 1987. Mr. James currently practices corporate and real estate law through his own law firm, Keith A. James, P.A. Mr. James graduated from Harvard College in 1979 and Harvard Law School in 1982.
