Celebrating 25 Years of entertainment on the WPB Waterfront!
The City of West Palm Beach celebrates 25 years of spectacular Community Events in 2013. The first and largest of the City’s heritage events, 4th on Flagler flips a quarter century on July 4, 2013. In the past 25 years, the West Palm Beach has initiated additional, well-loved monthly and weekly traditions including the West Palm Beach GreenMarket (circa 1994), Clematis by Night (circa 1995), and Sunday on the Waterfront (circa 2001.) With the opening of the beautiful, new waterfront in 2009, the City’s diverse event line up has grown to also include Sand & Sea-Suns Greetings, Screen on the Green, Jazz on the Palm and Ginger’s Dance Party.
Celebrations for the Community Events Division’s Silver Season will kick off in July 2013 with 4th on Flagler activities and culminate in December, 2013 with West Palm Beach’s newest, quickly beloved holiday event of tropical proportions: Sand & Sea-suns Greetings. From July through December, each City event will celebrate the Silver Season in its own unique way.
