Insurance requirements depend upon the risk level of the event on City property. The event promoter must provide the City a certificate of General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 million, naming the City as additionally insured. If alcoholic beverages are being served at the event an additional $1 million Liquor Liability Insurance is required, naming the City as additional insured. Both insurance policies are due two weeks before the event. If applicable, a Hold Harmless Agreement will be provided by the City and must be signed by the event promoter.
