COORDINATING SET-UP AND BREAK-DOWN
A set-up time must be given to Community Events. The Community Events Division needs to make sure the grounds and Amphitheatre are ready for your set-up time. This also assists in scheduling events in the Amphitheatre.

You must coordinate access to the bandshell and outside restrooms with the Community Events Division. The Community Events Division is solely responsible for opening and closing the building. The Community Events Division has the final authority when an event has been properly struck and cleaned.

TENT PLACEMENT
The City wishes to keep the grass in pristine condition. It is recommended to keep all tents on the brick pavers surrounding the Amphitheatre. The Community Events Division will review your site map. And make final recommendations.

All tents must be weighted with blocks, sand weights or barrels of water. Tents may not be staked anywhere in the Meyer Amphitheatre. A fine of $500.00 per tent will be assessed for any tents that are staked. We do this to avoid staking any waterlines or electrical. Please make sure the weights are heavy enough to withstand strong winds that could occur.

VEHICLES
No vehicles may be driven on the grass. There is a $500.00 charge per vehicle that is driven on the grass.

SPORT COURT
Sport Court may be required. It is a plastic flooring that helps protect the grass. There is an overtime fee for this to be placed down. The City will decide if this protective flooring must be used.

FOOD VENDORS
We ask that food vendors use a protective flooring on the pavers when cooking with grease. This will help keep the bricks cleaner.

PAVERS
Pavers should be pressure cleaned when finished with your event.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
All technical equipment and support must be arranged by the promoter. This includes both sound and light.

GATED EVENTS
Only ticketed events can install fencing around the Meyer Amphitheatre. The City prefers that fencing be footed.
If the fencing is put into the ground or street you must fill in all holes following your event. If they are not filled in the City will charge you to have it done. Security must be present 24 hours.

Three master gate keys must be given to the City to provide access during the events.

Credentials must be supplied to personal working on the event. Please distinguish between food vendors, entertainment, VIP, and City Official etc.

If the event is ticketed, 150 complimentary tickets must be given to the City Administrator or his designee to distribute to City Commissioners, selected City staff, and Mayor.
