The City of West Palm Beach requires each event promoter to provide a written notice one month prior to the event, including dates, times of the event and road closures to all businesses and neighborhoods surrounding the event. The event promoter shall also provide a copy of such notice to the Community Events Division for approval, and the Downtown Development Authority when applicable. |
