Basic Mosaics – Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Aug. 3
You will complete an 8” x 13” mosaic project from a choice of several designs with simple borders. Using a wide range of colorful Italian tiles, your project will introduce you to the very basic elements of mosaics. No experience needed. Use of tools are included. You will really enjoy this class. With Jeff.

Tuition is only $77 plus $11 for materials.
Minimum of 3 registered participants necessary for class to be held.


Beginner Fused Glass Workshop August 6th
Tuesday evening 6-8 pm $139 for four sessions. Minimum of 2 students.

Session 1 – Glass cutting, safety, use of machiine, learn about glass fusing, making of glass cabachons
Session 2 – Complete cabachons to make pendants, make glass coasters with one detailed using a pattern. Use of frit and stringers.
Session 3- Glass plates and explanation of slumping. Prepare mold for slumping.
Session 4- Make a picture frame up to 5 x 7.


SHELL CHIC MIRROR- Sat 9-6  August 17th
Using shells collected from MacArthur State Park, we will create a treasure from the Sea to hang on the wall. Shells of different shapes and colors (and gems) will frame a Mirror on a 14″x14″ gold painted board. Fee $77 plus materials $21. With Jeff. Minimum of 4 participants.
MOSAIC MANDALA- Sat 9-6 August 24th
Another unique mosaic class only offered at Northwood Glass Art. In a contemplative and creative atmosphere, we will be using many techniques of Tibetan Mandalas. The Bindu (center) will mark the center of our mandala, with the palace and four gates allowing the use of colorful glasstiles and glass gems. As our fused glass creations are heating to 1400 degrees, colors, shapes and styles will transmit your thoughts into a beautiful unique creations. With Jeff. Fee $77 plus materials $35. Min. of 3 Participants.
