There are thousands of people in WPB who are owed hundreds of dollars each by the Federal government, and all they have to do to collect is fill out a form!  Are you one of them?  We hear from Lela Jordan, Director of the City’s Vickers House, on a new program to get the word out about the money and help people collect it.
