13.8 acre Community Park with street side parking along Lake Avenue and lot parking off Parker Avenue. This park is named after D.D. “Dad” Howard, the City’s first Superintendent of Streets and Public Spaces.

Amenities include: tennis center with 7 clay and 2 hard courts, 2 basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, softball field, multipurpose field, pavilion, 2 playgrounds, swings, walking trail, CityPaws Dog Park, and Community Center.
