Two Weekend Auto Burglary Arrests

On Friday 07/18/14, at approximately 10:00 p.m., officers responded to the area of the 200 block of S. Narcissus Ave, in reference to an auto burglary in progress. The victim found 38-year-old Eric Andrasko rummaging through his vehicle. The victim then pulled the offender out of the vehicle and held him on the ground until police arrived on scene. and is being held at the Palm Beach County Jail in lieu of $3,000.00 bond.

Another incident occurred overnight at approximately 2:00 a.m., this morning when 31-year-old Marco Velasquez was seen by a witness checking car door handles; he entered one yard along the 600-block of Monroe Dr. and opened the driver side door of the victim’s Volvo parked in the driveway. The witness telephoned police who captured Velasquez nearby. Velasquez was positively identified by the witness and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail where he is being held in lieu of $3000.00 bond.
