Welcome to the Procurement Division of the City of West Palm Beach. 

The Procurement Division is responsible for the acquisition of all supplies, materials, equipment and services required by City departments and entities. All procurements are made according to established rules and regulations in the City's procurement code in addition to local, state, and federal laws.

Please contact the Procurement Division for information on solicitations. When checking for solicitations, take note of pre-bid/pre-proposal conferences and site visits.  These meetings provide information about the project, as well as networking opportunities with prime contractors and/or suppliers.

Our Staff is committed to obtaining the “best value” for the City of West Palm Beach and recognizes that our partners are important to achieving the City's goals.
