The Support Services Department exists to aid the planning, control and operational functions of the City by furnishing consistently reliable services and information in the proper time frame to maintain City resources and to assist the decision making process.

Support Services provides a variety of services that support the daily business of the City of West Palm Beach and the customers that it serves, including the following:

Air Conditioning	City Hall Operations	Custodial Services
The Air Conditioning division aims to provide HVAC repair and maintenance Services for all city of West Palm Beach facilities.	City Hall Operations collects, analyzes and distributes requests for building maintenance services, picks up and distributes both inter-office and US mail and manages individual contracts for the service.	Custodial Services is responsible for providing custodial services to City facilities so that employees and visitors have a clean and comfortable environment.

Downtown Maintenance	Fleet Maintenance	MIS
The Downtown Maintenance division is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the downtown area, with the goal of achieving Disney cleanliness standards.	It is the mission of Fleet Maintenance to furnish its customers with expedient service and to provide repair and maintenance in the most cost effective, efficient and safe manner possible.	MIS strives to aid the planning, control and operational functions of the City by furnishing consistently reliable services and information in the proper time frame to maintain City resources and to assist the decision making process.
