The Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) offers a wide range of courses covering renewable energy and building energy technology topics. Most courses include both classroom instruction and hands-on field experience. In many cases, attendees can receive continuing education units (CEUs) and some courses are approved for Florida professional license renewals. University of Florida – Online Masters Degrees

The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences offers an online Master of Science degree in Forest Resources and Conservation with a concentration in Ecological Restoration. This program is designed for working professionals in the environmental science field, that are interested in adnavcing their career by earning a graduate degree. This program is offered online, so students will not have to sacrifice their commitments to their career and family.  

University of Florida’s Soil and Water Science Department offers an off-campus Master of Science degree (non-thesis or thesis option) with a specialization in Environmental Science. Courses are offered via distance education to accommodate place-bound students interested in environmental issues related to the soil and water quality of agricultural lands, forested lands, range lands, urban lands, or wetlands. The program is offered in conjunction with faculty at the off-campus Research and Education Centers (REC) located throughout the State of Florida.
