Explore the restoration of a historic gem at 1031 N. Sapodilla, a three-level stucco wood frame structure built in 1925. Recognized as a significant contributing structure, this building holds approximately 3,109 SF, with 2,647 SF under air, set on a .09 Acre site.

Partnering with the CRA, this project aims to preserve the building's historical integrity while creating affordable housing opportunities. Scheduled for construction bids to go out in December 2024, the restoration will transform the site into a 2-unit affordable housing development.
