719 N. Sapodilla is an exciting historic preservation project, transforming a two-story building into a vibrant bar and grill, poised to become a cornerstone of our community. Construction commenced in April 2024, marking the beginning of a journey to revive this 2800 sq ft space, complete with inviting outdoor seating.

This project not only promises a revitalized social hub but also stands as a beacon for small business opportunities. Emphasizing diversity and inclusion, we are committed to providing a platform for minority and women-led eating establishments.

With a successful groundbreaking on May 10, 2024, progress is well underway, and we remain on schedule for completion by the end of 2024. Anticipate the grand opening of our bar and grill in 2025, where history meets modern dining experience in an unforgettable setting.
