Step into the future of historic preservation and community revitalization with Fantasy Island, located at 311 N. Sapodilla in the Historic Northwest. Approved by the CRA Board in October 2021, this project combines business relocation with a commitment to preserving the rich neighborhood history.

Currently, construction is in full swing, transforming this historical building into a hub of owner-occupied residential spaces and a state-of-the-art restaurant. Set to complete by the end of 2024, Fantasy Island promises to be a cornerstone of the neighborhood's revival.

Situated at the southern gateway to the area, Fantasy Island will provide convenient access to food and entertainment, complementing nearby Grand and Flagler Station projects. Anticipate an exhilarating grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony by the beginning of 2025, marking a new chapter in the Historic Northwest's vibrant story.
