The District

The District Photo Step into the future of urban living and community vibrancy with The District at Northwood, a visionary mixed-use development in the heart of West Palm Beach. This landmark project, initiated by the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency in 2018, aims to transform the Historic Northwood Village area with a dynamic blend of residential, commercial, and public spaces.

Selected through a competitive process, Immocorp Ventures was chosen by the CRA Board in 2019 to develop the 3.7-acre "Anchor Site". This prominent location on the west end of Northwood Village will feature 350 residential units and approximately 60,000 square feet of commercial space, including a 10,000 square foot public plaza. The District at Northwood is poised to become a central hub for pedestrian activity, creating a vibrant "Village Square" atmosphere.

Immocorp Ventures received site plan approval for The District at Northwood in 2022. The development will include three multifamily residential buildings comprising 382 units with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit will boast high-end finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl wood-style plank flooring, and in-unit laundry facilities. Notably, 10% of the units will serve as workforce housing, ensuring diversity and inclusivity within the community.

Community amenities will abound, featuring ground floor retail, a state-of-the-art parking garage with elevator access, co-working spaces equipped with virtual reality capabilities, an indoor/outdoor fitness studio, pickleball courts, and a rooftop entertainment complex with poolside cabanas. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy a dedicated space with a kitchen, dining areas, lawn games, and a pet park.

Additionally, The District at Northwood will offer 63,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, enhancing the area's dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With 522 parking spaces allocated for tenants and an additional 58 spaces for public use, accessibility and convenience are prioritized.

Construction commenced in February 2024 and is currently underway, with completion expected by 2025. This transformative project will also extend Broadway from Northwood Road to 23rd Street and realign Pinewood Avenue, further enhancing connectivity and accessibility within the community.
Stay tuned as we build the future of Northwood Village together.
