The City of West Palm Beach Public Utilities Department is conducting a test of the wastewater collection system. Smoke is being introduced into the lines to determine if there are any leaks. The smoke is harmless, but residents may see some smoke rising from the ground. Follow the link for specific City neighborhoods to be tested.
