Procurement

The Procurement Department is responsible for purchasing all construction and non-construction supplies, materials, equipment, goods and services required by City departments and entities. All acquisitions are made according to established rules and regulations  in the City's procurement code in addition to local, state, and federal laws.

Procurement staff is committed to obtaining the "best value" for the City of West Palm Beach and recognizes that our partners are important to achieving the City's goals.

The Procurement team understands and values our business relationships and makes every effort to promote fair and equitable treatment of all suppliers and ensures transparency of the procurement process. We encourage questions, comments, and suggestions from those visiting our website and interested in becoming part of our supplier community.

Please visit the Solicitations page to learn about procurement opportunities.
