The Procurement Department is responsible for buying of all supplies, materials, equipment and services required by City departments and entities. All acquisitions are made according to established rules and regulations in the City's procurement code in addition to local, state, and federal laws.

When checking for solicitations, take note of pre-bid/pre-proposal conferences and site visits.  These meetings provide information about the project, as well as networking opportunities with prime contractors and/or suppliers.  To register in the City’s New Registration System (click here)
