Sanitation
The Public Works call center will be closed on Wednesday December 25th and Thursday, December 26th in observance of the Christmas holiday and Wednesday, January 1st in observance of New Year’s Day. No trash pickup will be available on Wednesday, December 25th or Wednesday, January 1st. All Sanitation services will resume on Thursday, December 26th the week of Christmas and Thursday, January 2nd the week of New Year’s. For customers whose regular service day is Wednesday, pickups will resume on your next, regularly scheduled service day. Commercial, yard waste and bulk item pickups will operate on a one-day delay for the remainder of both weeks.

If your regular pickup day falls on a holiday please see the Holiday Trash Schedule for additional information. If your regular pickup is missed, please call customer service at (561) 822-2075.
Hazardous waste will not be picked up by the City as it requires special handling services. If not disposed of properly, hazardous waste can cause serious injury or death. Please view our A-Z Guide on Waste Disposal & Recycling for additional information on proper disposal practices.
