The City of West Palm Beach Presents Let’s Talk:
Bridging the Gap Between STEM & Commercial Real Estate

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — The City of West Palm Beach will host Let’s Talk, a free community event for local businesses and students. During this event, a panel of commercial real estate, construction, and financial experts will discuss and answer students' questions to bridge the gap between STEM and commercial real estate.

Today, the commercial construction industry in the State of Florida contributes billions of dollars to the local economy — and it is only expected to grow from there.

“Not every student will choose the college path, so it is important for us to share with the next generation the career opportunities available to them in construction that do not require a college degree,” said Frank Hayden, City of West Palm Beach Office of Minority and Women-Owned Business Director.

The moderator for the evening is local construction tycoon Ann McNeill. “Our Mission is not just to talk but to engage, inspire, and open doors to opportunities in construction in our communities that go beyond the traditional pathways,” said McNeill.
