Get Ready to “Chill in the City” During the Final Your Waterfront. Your Way. Event
Join us for a relaxing celebration to wrap-up this major community engagement initiative.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — The concluding event of the Your Waterfront. Your Way. community engagement initiative will be celebrated at “Chill in the City” on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This public event will take place at the Downtown Waterfront along the east side of Flagler Drive, directly across from the Great Lawn.

Your Waterfront. Your Way. brought residents, businesses, local groups, and visitors together to develop a shared vision for the Downtown Waterfront. This initiative reflected Mayor Keith A. James' commitment to providing an inclusive platform for community members to express their ideas and aspirations for the Waterfront. In celebration of this collective effort — and in anticipation for the report that will be completed and presented later this fall — this concluding event responds directly to community feedback, which greatly indicated a desire for more vibrant activities along the Waterfront.

“Chill in the City” will feature the following wellness activities to engage the community:

  • Cold Plunges

  • Trap Yoga

  • Massages

  • Iced Coffee & Juice Bar

  • Giveaways

  • Spinal Scans

  • Photo Opportunities

  • Live DJ

  • And more!

“I’m pleased to mark the conclusion of the Your Waterfront. Your Way. community engagement initiative here in the City and look forward to sharing the final report with you soon,” said Mayor James. “I invite all participants and the community at large to join us in celebrating this tremendous transformational effort.”

“Chill in the City” is an opportunity to connect with neighbors, engage in exciting activities, and celebrate the collective efforts that will shape the future of West Palm Beach’s Downtown Waterfront.
