Park West Apartments Celebrates Grand Opening, Bringing Luxury
Housing and State-Of-The-Art Amenities to Northwood Village
WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Park West Apartments, the epitome of luxury living, held its Grand Opening, marking a significant milestone for the Northwood Village community and the City of West Palm Beach. The Grand Opening event, held on July 9, 2024, in the Currie Corridor, showcased this sophisticated residential landmark that sets a new standard in urban living by blending modern amenities with coastal charm.
The West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) played a vital role in bringing Park West Apartments to life, reflecting their commitment to fostering economic growth in the CRA districts. This collaboration highlights the CRA's mission to enhance the quality of life for residents, attract new investments, and preserve the area’s historical integrity.
The CRA and the developer, POTP, worked closely to put together an incentive package combined infrastructure reimbursement and tax abatement. This was integral to successfully financing and developing the project.
Park West Apartments offers a range of top-of-the-line amenities designed to elevate resident lifestyles. This project achieves the CRA’s goals of adding housing opportunities, improving property values, and providing a catalyst that has attracted additional investments in the Currie Corridor. The great benefit to our residents and local businesses is economic growth with increased tax revenue that will be reinvested into the City of West Palm Beach," stated Christopher Roog, executive director of the West Palm Beach CRA.
