Celebrating Flagler Station: New Affordable Apartment Community

The City of West Palm Beach is thrilled to announce the successful completion of Flagler Station, an exceptional affordable apartment community developed by Housing Trust Group (HTG). This remarkable project, valued at $33 million, marks a significant milestone as the first new affordable apartment community to grace our downtown in the past 30 years.

'The Mini' GreenMarket Continues

at Clematis by Night Through August!

'The Mini', West Palm Beach GreenMarket's summer sampler, continues through August every Thursday night during Clematis by Night on the downtown waterfront. You're invited to enjoy the music and shop at some of our favorite vendors leading up to the full 29th Annual award-winning GreenMarket, which opens Saturday, October 7.

BBQ, Brews & Blues 2023

The City of West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency held the Annual BBQ, Brews & Blues Festival on July 1, 2023 to support the Historic Northwest District. We are excited to share that the event hit record numbers of over 2,000 attendees, all supporting local merchants and vendors while learning about the current CRA projects in the district.

Next City Commission Meeting

The next City Commission meeting will be held on Monday, August 21 at 5 p.m. in City Hall, 401 Clematis Street. Commission meetings are held every other Monday, except for holidays, and the public is encouraged to attend.
