'Operation Blockbuster' Arrests Announced

West Palm Beach Mayor Keith A. James, Police Chief Frank Adderley, State Attorney Dave Aronberg, and other law enforcement agencies announced 32 arrests in a joint organized crime sweep dubbed 'Operation Blockbuster'.

Kick-Off Independence Day Weekend with

BBQ, Brews and Blues

The CRA will celebrate the return of BBQ, Brews & Blues in the City's Historic Northwest.

Join us Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Heart & Soul Park, 825 N Rosemary Avenue, for the family-friendly occasion that will feature local barbecue vendors and a fantastic lineup of soulful blues. Enjoy FREE samples of delicious southern soul food and craft beers by local vendors (while supplies last, must be 21 or older for beer samples).

WPB Police Debut 'SaferWatch' App

During SunFest

West Palm Beach residents and visitors now have a new tool to help keep them safe and informed. SaferWatch, an app that allows people to text photos, videos, or livestream directly to 911 dispatchers, is now in service.

 

Hear updates on topics including clean and safe initiatives, and redevelopment projects in the neighborhood including The Styx and plans for 719 N. Sapodilla.

It's time to Prepare for the 2023 Atlantic Hurricane Season

The City of West Palm Beach would like to remind residents of the importance of being prepared for potential storms. While we hope that this season will be uneventful, it is always best to be ready in the event of a storm. The season runs from June 1 to Nov. 30, 2023
