A Free Citywide Transit Pilot Program is Launching!

The City of West Palm Beach announced the launch of a new citywide transit pilot program that will be FREE to all riders. The program will introduce new routes, new vehicles, and a Phase 2 expansion to improve mobility equity for all residents of West Palm Beach.

Green Living Lab - June 3, 2023 from 10 - 11:30 a.m.

Make simple, effective and natural products to suit your lifestyle! Join Sarah, sustainability supervisor, as she presents on the environmental and financial benefits of making homemade, natural household products. Following her brief presentation, you will get the opportunity to make cleaning putty and beeswax wrappers that you can customize as your own.

This program is available to City of West Palm Beach residents only.

Space is limited, and registration is required.

Downtown Mobility Plan: We Need Your Input!

West Palm Beach City Planners are investigating ways to make it easier to move about in the downtown area. Send us your ideas to make it even better, During recent open houses, residents gave suggestions on what they'd like to see in the next Downtown Mobility Plan.

Memorial Day Closings

West Palm Beach City Hall and the Mandel Public Library will be closed on Monday, May 29, 2023, in observance of Memorial Day. Regular trash and garbage pickup services will be provided. On Tuesday, May 30, City Hall will reopen at 8 a.m., and the library will open at 9:30 a.m.

Sunday on the Waterfront: Free Music, Fun and Friends!

 Another fun-filled afternoon of music and sunshine on the West Palm Beach waterfront last Sunday, with more to come! 'Sunday on the Waterfront' takes place every third Sunday from 4 -7 p.m. at the Meyer Amphitheatre.

This event features amazing live music and a family-friendly atmosphere. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, friends and relatives to enjoy the beauty of the Intracoastal and some awesome entertainment.

It's time to Prepare for the 2023 Atlantic Hurricane Season

The City of West Palm Beach would like to remind residents of the importance of being prepared for potential storms. While we hope that this season will be uneventful, it is always best to be ready. The 2023 Atlantic Hurricane Season runs from June 1 to Nov. 30, 2023

The next City Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 30 at 5 p.m. in City Hall, 401 Clematis Street. Commission meetings are held every other Monday, except for holidays, and the public is encouraged to attend.
