City Place Celebrates Groundbreaking Ceremony
We’re thrilled to share a major milestone in the transformation of Downtown West Palm Beach! This month, Related hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for 10 CityPlace and 15 CityPlace, with over 150 attendees celebrating this exciting development. These two towers will add nearly one million square feet of premier office space to our vibrant CityPlace area, alongside beautifully designed landscaping, public spaces, and street-level activation, creating a seamless connection to the surrounding neighborhood.
A standout feature of this project is the Cleveland Clinic’s upcoming 120,000-square-foot outpatient facility at 15 CityPlace, set to be integrated with their new hospital campus. This expansion solidifies West Palm Beach as a top destination for world-class healthcare, business, and culture.
“We’re proud to see this vision come to life,” said Jordan Rathlev, Senior VP of Related Ross. “Cleveland Clinic’s expansion underscores the growing appeal of West Palm Beach as a hub for leading institutions in healthcare, technology, and finance.”
A huge thank you to Related for their continued investment in our community!
