A class designed to help landlords avoid and resolve problems.
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA (June 21, 2019) –
The City of West Palm Beach will offer a free seminar to help landlords better manage their properties and avoid issues with City agencies. The class will be held 5:30 PM, June 27, 2019 in the City Hall’s Flagler Gallery at 401 Clematis Street.
Participants will hear from speakers from many agencies, including West Palm Beach Code Enforcement and Chronic Nuisance Departments, The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, the West Palm Beach Police Department and the West Palm Beach Housing Authority.
Topics to be covered include common code enforcement problems, fair housing practices, understanding nuisance abatement processes, and ways to access resources for landlords. Attendees will receive a free Energy and Water Conservation Kit.
