Parker Avenue Milling, Paving, Signage and Bicycle Lanes

Dear Resident:
The City of West Palm Beach will soon undertake a road improvement project in your neighborhood. Construction will begin on Parker Ave., between Southern Blvd. and Belvedere Rd., on or about October 28, 2019 and will continue for approximately 180 days.
The project includes milling, paving, school zone signage, and painting of existing bicycle lanes on Parker Avenue. The project was requested by the community. Its development follows a four-year community input process, which included feedback from neighborhoods, property owners, school parents and principals. The project also includes drainage improvements and installation of ADA compliant ramps with a detectable warning.
Resident access will be maintained during construction. Pedestrians will be detoured as necessary.
DP Development is the contractor for the project. For questions or comments, contact
Rolando Gonzalez, Superintendent, at (786) 366-5786 or rolandog@dpdevelopment.com. To contact City of West Palm Beach Project Engineer Lorenzo Rivero, call (561) 822-1076 or email lrivero@wpb.org. For after-hours calls to dispatch, dial (561) 222-2210 (TTY: 800-855-8771).
Thank you for your cooperation during this time!
