The City of West Palm Beach lowers flags to half staff after Virginia Beach shooting.
“On behalf of the citizens of the City of West Palm Beach and its more than 1,600 employees, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the City of Virginia Beach, its municipal employees, and especially the family and friends of the victims of the mass shooting. There are no words to describe the heartache or shock that we feel after last week’s senseless tragedy. The City of West Palm Beach stands together in solidarity with Virginia Beach.
