The City of West Palm Beach strives to keep you informed and help you at every turn. This Neighborhood Resources page provides valuable links to key pages that help protect and inform.

Our Hurricane Readiness Guide provides insight on ways to prepare and protect your family, property and possessions as a storm approaches the City and region. Also, once a hurricane or major storm passes, the guide offers helpful tips and links to resources to assist in cleanup.

Transportation Services opens the world of transportation resources to help you navigate the City. We include links to various transit resources, rail, trolley, carpool and vanpool resources and more.

WPB Key is a new portal for the City. It allows residents and visitors to request services, report illegal dumping, potholes or other issues, or get information. It also allows residents to request a new trash container or request Public Works services. Each entry creates a request number that you can track. The tracking number displays which department is handling the request or question, and how the request is being advanced.

The City of West Palm Beach has a wide variety of quaint, diverse neighborhoods and communities. Our GIS map shows you the location of the various neighborhoods.
