Fast Facts

The Mayor's Neighborhood's Initiative will do the following to create a culture that focuses on neighborhood collaboration and partnerships:

  • It will receive and track various community concerns and requests from residents

  • It will identify appropriate City resources to help close unresolved issues

  • It will help improve community relations and customer services

“Focused on creating a community of opportunity for all, my vision for West Palm Beach is a city that is resident-driven,” said West Palm Beach Mayor Keith A. James. “I am committed to creating a customer-friendly culture that focuses on neighborhood initiatives, regional collaboration, and community partnerships.”
