City Hall, the Mandel Public Library and all non-essential City operations will be closed Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Holiday. City Hall and most City operations will resume at 8 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 8 a.m.; the Mandel Public Library will re-open at 9:30 a.m. Trash collections will be on their regular schedule during the holiday observance.
